Tiffany, a Respiratory Therapist with over 13 years of experience, founded The Air & Arteries Tea Shop out of a desire to go beyond conventional medicine. After years of treating patients in clinical settings, she recognized that something was missing. A approach that cared not just for chronic disease, but for the whole person.

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Tiffany has cared for patients facing food insecurities, high rates of hypertension and pulmonary disease, and limited access to organic, herbal, and holistic alternatives.

A lover of R&B music and holistic healing, Tiffany combines mindfulness, soulful music, and medicinal herbal teas to promote balance and well-being. Her curiosity sparked a journey into holistic health, leading her to study peer-reviewed medical journals and uncover the therapeutic benefits of herbs for heart and lung health.

What began as a personal passion evolved into a greater purpose to share these natural remedies with the world. Though The Air & Arteries Tea Shop is a small, Maryland-based business, it proudly ships nationwide, offering teas crafted for your heart, lungs, and soul.
